A: Purchasing an account from The Perfect Level is quite simple. All you have to do is find the account you want, add it to your cart, and checkout using PayPal. If you need more help, we have made a short video tutorial here.
We currently only accept PayPal payments on The Perfect Level. This is to ensure both parties are protected from fraud and other situations. If you do not have a PayPal account, we can accept any major credit cards or money orders. Send us an email if this applies to you. The Perfect Level does NOT accept Microsoft Points or Xbox Live Subscriptions as forms of payment.
A: No, our site is completely automated so that when you purchase an account we are notified right away with what account you purchased.
A: We are usually able to get login information within 24 hours. We are working on a new system that will allow us to send login information much quicker and decrease the transaction time for each account. It should be released in the next two months.
A: Be patient, you should receive an email within 24 hours with the login information for the account you purchased.
Account Leveling
A: Leveling is simple, just get in contact with one of our levelers using AIM, Xbox Live, or the request form and they’ll take care of you. To get in contact with our levelers, check out our Account Leveling Page.
A: Leveling is not done by The Perfect Level, all leveling related questions should be directed to our levelers.
A: Yes, all leveling is done by recovering your account and playing on it.
Selling an Account
A: We pride ourselves in delivering the lowest prices possible to our customers. Listing on our site is really a competition, the things customers take into account are: Level 50s, Features, and Price. We suggest you price your account according to the amount of 50s it posses. Level 50s usually go for between $25-$40 depending on how good they are and how fast you want them to sell. If you have more than one fifty on the account, just multiple your price by the number of 50s. If you have Recon Armor, Perfect (or close to perfect) Win/Loss Ratio, high Kill/Death Ratio or other unique features then this will add $5-$10 to the account. Remember, its better to sell it for less than not sell it at all.
We add accounts in the order they are received. Once we shut down account submissions, we will post a number of accounts each day throughout the week. We get a ton of requests to list accounts, so estimating when your account will be listed is tough. Just be patient and it will be posted. If you haven’t followed all of our Seller’s Guidelines, then you will receive an email describing why your account wasn’t accepted.
No, The Perfect Level requires your password when you submit an account. We verify the password before we list the account on the site and when it is purchased. If your password is not correct during both tests, then your account will be removed from the site.
