The Perfect Level is owned and operated by Kevin Mulcrone. None of the accounts or services listed on the site are property of him unless stated otherwise. Therefore, issues related to accounts and/or services should be directed to the previous owner.
Service Obligation:
The Perfect Level offers top of the line services for gamers. We do our best to provide customers with everything they request but we cannot do this 100% of the time. We do have the right to deny any requests or services proposed or inquired on our site.
Listing:
The Perfect Level allows gamers to list their accounts for sale on their site. Once the proper information is sent and the account is posted on the site, The Perfect Level is guaranteed payment for their services for said account. The Perfect Level encourages sellers to advertise the site and that all transactions be made through its website. If an account listed on The Perfect Level is sold outside of the site or the seller does not want to sell said account anymore, then the owner of the account is responsible to pay The Perfect Level the amount they would have received if the account was sold through the site.
Price:
All prices listed on our site are set by the current owner of the account. The Perfect Level has no say in the price that an account is listed at, although we do give recommendations. Prices are negotiable and questions related to price should be directed to our Contact Us page. We will communicate between the customer and the owner of the account in order to ensure a timely manner. The Perfect Level reserves the right to raise an account’s price without notice and keep profits.
Product Description:
Account descriptions are updated when the account is listed on our site. Account rank, experience, playlist levels and other information can be changed since the account was listed. We advise our customers to review the account’s Bungie.net stats in order to ensure the account they are purchasing matches the description on our site.
Account Leveling:
The Perfect Level does its best to provide customers with top of the line leveling services. Because these levelers aren’t employed by The Perfect Level, we take zero responsibility for their actions. While all levelers on our site have passed certain requirements, this doesn’t mean we, The Perfect Level, will provide refunds for their services.
Payment:
The Perfect Level’s primary payment solution is PayPal. All accounts and services should be purchased using this service. If you want to purchase account via Money Order, please contact us for the mailing address. Microsoft Point Codes or Xbox Live Subscription codes are not accepted as payment.
Delivery:
All account information is sent via email to the customer. We try our best to deliver this information within 24 hours of the purchase. Uncontrollable events can limit our ability to deliver account information on time. If an uncontrollable delay may occur The Perfect Level will not be liable for any monetary penalty.
Returns:
All sales on The Perfect Level are final unless noted otherwise. The only acceptation to this rule is if an account is banned from Xbox Live within three days of its purchase. This only applies if the account was banned by the previous owner. If the customer tampers with the account or Xbox Live and it results in a ban then The Perfect Level is not obligated to return the customer’s money.
